On beautiful Manitoulin Island, situated in the north part of Lake Huron, sits the municipality of Billings. This community values our environment and we intend to do our best to protect it. Part of this plan has brought us to the creation of the Climate Change Committee in and effort to reduce our Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions.
The Climate Change Committee is a committee of Council with the goal of helping implement the Community Energy and Emissions Plan (CEEP).
